Delivery Information for 3D Verse
Orders & Deliveries
At 3D Verse, we specialize in creating custom 3D printed products tailored to your needs. Unlike traditional online stores, we do not keep a stock of pre-made items. Each product is 3D printed upon order, ensuring you receive a personalized and freshly made product every time.

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging the receipt of your order. Within 24 hours, we will update you on the commencement of the printing process. Our goal is to manufacture and dispatch your 3D printed product within 2 to 5 days from order confirmation.

To ensure your product reaches you safely and promptly, we partner with professional courier services that offer delivery across New Zealand, enabling parcel tracking for peace of mind. Please note, some orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available to sign for your package, kindly inform us in advance so we can arrange for a 'no signature required' delivery. In such cases, please be aware that 3D Verse will not be liable for the items once delivered to your specified address.

Should you miss the delivery attempt, the courier will leave a 'Card to Call' at your address with details on how to arrange a re-delivery.

We advise inspecting your items upon delivery. If the courier does not allow for inspection, please refrain from signing for the delivery to enable us to address any potential damages. However, if items are signed for in good condition or without inspection, any subsequent claims for damage will be declined, except in cases of manufacturing faults.

Please be aware that rural deliveries may incur additional charges. Once the package is handed over to the rural courier service, we cannot claim for any damages or losses incurred during their delivery process.

3D Verse delivers to residential or business addresses only and does not ship to PO Boxes for security reasons.
Our delivery timeframe aims for 3-5 business days for non-rural and 5-7 business days for rural areas after dispatch from our facility. Please note that these times do not include public holidays and deliveries are made on business days only. Weekend deliveries can be arranged upon request but will incur additional fees.
